The International 3 qualifiers

The qualifiers for TI3 will deploy a double elimination groupstage in which two of the top placers will move into the playoffs. The playoffs will be played in a double elimination bracket and the grand final will be played in a bo5 fashion. Both first and second finishers will go to Seattle in August. The second placers from the East and the West will compete with each other for the 16th slot of the tournament.
